### Processing Time

All orders are processed within **1–3 business days** (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

### Shipping Rates

- **Standard Shipping:** $3.00 USD
- **Free Shipping:** Orders of $60.00 USD or more qualify for free standard shipping.

### Delivery Time

- **United States:** 8–15 business days

Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of shipping, not the date of order. Delays may occur due to customs clearance, weather, or carrier issues.

### Shipping Origin

All orders are shipped from our warehouse in **Shenzhen, China**.

### Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Selected Home Furnishings is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, etc.) are the **responsibility of the customer**. Please check with your local customs office for more information.

### Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 3–5 days for the tracking information to update.

### Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact your local post office or carrier.

If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us within **24 hours** of placing your order. We cannot guarantee address changes after this window.
